Engage People Development was established by Francine Brooks building on the experience she gained during her 22 years in Marketing and Strategic Human Resources. Her focus has always been getting the best out of people and helping them to achieve their goals. Having spent several years in senior people development roles she began to realise that excellent facilitation skills, building on a foundation of respect for all, was a key factor in helping talented people to realise their potential at work. her primary focus is to help her clients to engage people in the business of
their business.
